This Technogym Selection strength machine will allow you to develop backbones and arms. The elliptical shape of the natural movement mobilizes all the muscles involved in the lateral pulling down exercise. The movement is divergent for a better involvement of the latissimus muscle. The range of motion is slightly forward of the shoulders to reduce tension on the shoulders. Both arms are articulated separately to improve coordination.
