Pls Note:  This unit is being sold as a previously reconditioned unit with the below upgrades and was sold into a residential home where we serviced it 2x/yr for the last 3yrs.  Only repair we needed to do was put in a new Drive Belt.

We upgrade as much as possible on them such as:
– Rebuilt Upgraded Front & Rear Roller Bearings
– New Run Belt
– Run Deck is flipped so a new side is used with a paraffin wax applied to help prolong the life of the new Belt & Deck
– New Drive Belt
– We’ll also include a bottle of our high quality Wax and show you how to apply and service your unit moving fwd.  Also comes with detailed instructions & a YouTube Video on the invoice you can refer back to as needed.  Keep up with our outlined Preventative Maintenance Schedule and you’ll have yrs ‘n yrs of success.
