– If you want any additional interior work done we are happy to do so to bring them back to 100% mechanical perfection – at a cost ;0)

PLS NOTE:
These are both well loved units.
FitFix did a full breakdown with interior & exterior detailing & tune ups back in 2022. We just bought these units as part of a trade in for new equip but here is a copy of the work order completed back then.

The blow took 3hrs per unit ton restore as best we could and cost customer roughly $1500 so we gave them all we got!

2x Life Fitness Ellipticals
-Both had full yearly Preventative Maintenance completed.
-units were in really bad shape ***internally. Extremely dirty and all pivot joints dry.
-alternators internally cleaned, commutators cleaned and polished and brushes inspected good.
-all joints cleaned and re-greased.
-both have dead batteries – now replaced – $100 value rechargeable
-broken shroud pieces for screw connectors but 1’s held together with tape but does the job as its only cosmetic.

*** M# 9500 unit needs alternator brushes and bearing rebuild.
– Brushes could be slightly extended with a solder job vs replacement.
***Back shrouds are taped together
