This upper back weight training device is part of the Technogym Selection range. The exercise consists in pulling the arms towards the chest from front to back, keeping elbows in high position, by taking the two levers whose movement is independent. The machine reproduces a natural trajectory to mobilize all the upper back muscles. Thanks to the thoracic lock and height-adjustable seat, any practitioner will find the ideal position to work. The levers are articulated separately to improve coordination.
